There's nothing more exciting than finally getting the keys to your own place called home. This client came to me with his first purchase of this 2 bed 2 bath flat, in a convenient location, in a decent condition, except the flat looked like it had been caught in the 90's dressed in a style that may be better appreciated by a different generation. "I just want it to be modern, simple, and clean" was really the only instruction I received. So I made sure this flat is simple, modern, and clean, but not boring!
