"We are very grateful for Susan and Jason and all their hard work. From the start of the project to the end, they were trustworthy and communicative, showing great attention to detail throughout. We couldn’t be happier with the results; our home has been wonderfully transformed!" -- Ruth & Pete.

R&P Residence, Islington

Ruth & Pete found their ideal house; it is in a great location, got good friends as neighbors, and a communal alleyway where all their children can play with one another day in and day out. There was just one problem … the house was in a really sad condition and they needed all the help they could to get it cleaned up. We came in along with their friends and family, got to work, and did more than cleaning up. In the end we are proud to say we’ve helped transformed their house into a place they can happily call home. Project scope included opening up the ground floor into an open plan living, installing oversize 3 panels sliding door on a telescopic sliding track system, Artex covered ceiling / asbestos removal, relocate & make safe and conceal all exposed plumbing and electrical, redesigned first floor underutilized closet into a study nook, repair and make good of all damaged walls and ceiling / decorate throughout, removed ceiling pendants and added new trim-less recessed plastered down lights throughout, and last but not least, removal of all exposed layers of linoleum floors, leveled the floor in time to receive new engineered wood flooring / carpet.

Oh one fun fact about this project, there was one unfortunate incident that happened in the early phases of demolition, “Micky” the mouse was found scrambling around trying to hide, but we had to give it an eviction notice to make the house mice free once and for all ~
